So you just finished an Iteration and you're supremely frustrated for a variety reasons: -The team didn't complete all the stories they committed to -Broken builds are ignored -Nobody sees the value in Retrospectives Now what? RE-READ THE SCRUM GUIDE Even if you're not doing Scrum, there is a lot to be learned from the Scrum Guide. You'll probably come up with 2 or 3 things that you can do to help the team improve. For example, maybe you need to coach the teams on "why" fixing broken builds is important. There is something to be said when it comes to "going back to the basics". It's easy to forget where these ideas originated from. Proactively reviewing these ideas will assist us when we need to pass this on to the development teams. Final Thoughts: Everybody goes through this. It will not always be rosy. When you go through an iteration with a lot of challenges, try to reflect on improvement. #scrum
